Skinner Opus 190 Celebration Concert
7:30 pm, May 7, 2018
Admission is free.
Donations to assist in preserving the organ will be appreciated.
Rich in faith and history alike, Grand Avenue Temple continues to enjoy its magnificent 3500-pipe Skinner Opus 190 organ that has been a part of our worship for more than 100 years.
Recently damaged by fire, the Skinner Opus 190 has been repaired thanks to many donors who generously contributed to a special fund.
To celebrate the resurrection of this oldest surviving four-manual Skinner organ which has not been mechanically or tonally modified by anyone other than Mr. Skinner himself, we invite you to join us at 7:30 pm, May 7, for a special concert featuring four renowned organists.
